All orders are processed and shipped from fulfillment centers located within the United States.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

HIBRO currently ships to:

  • All 50 United States
  • APO/FPO addresses (limited support)
  • PO Boxes (carrier restrictions may apply)

At this time, international shipping is not available.

  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery status

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

HIBRO is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages returned to us due to:

Refunds for undeliverable packages may exclude original shipping costs.
