If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within:

  • 30 days from the delivery date

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be unused
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of damage, odor, or excessive wear

HIBRO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional giveaway items
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Items returned outside the return window

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return, please contact:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if item is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the item is defective or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

HIBRO is not responsible for lost return shipments.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within:

  • 7 days of delivery

Include photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

at our discretion.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

If you need a different size or color, we recommend:
